Rene Sinclair was born in Jakarta in 1974. He has been starting to know piano and arts since the early age of three, and went to the at 7 years.

In 1984 Rene was awarded “Pass with Distinction” from The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM).

Rene studied piano and music at the Yayasan Pendidikan Musik https://smypm30.wordpress.com/, which was established since 1952 in Indonesia.

During the study, Rene was under the coach of great pianists such as Linny Sugianto, Sie Swan Liong and Indonesian Classic Pianist The Late Mr. Rudy Laban.

During his study at the YPM Music School, Rene participated in many Master Classes from world class pianists and conservatorium teachers such as:

In 1994, Rene graduated as 3rd champion on the last grade Persiapan Konservatorium Level III and received several awards such as:

• “Interpretasi Terbaik Lagu Wajib ‘Kelurga Pak Pawiro’ by Moctar Embut”

Rene Sinclair dilahirkan di Jakarta 1974, mulai mengenal piano dan seni usia 3 tahun dan belajar piano di Sekolah Musik YASMI pada usia 7 tahun.

Pada tahun 1984, dia dianugerahi “Pass With Distinction” dari The Associated Board of The Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM).

Pada tahun 1987, Rene melanjutkan studi pianonya di Sekolah Musik Yayasan Pendidikan Musik (SM YPM) https://smypm30.wordpress.com/ yang berdiri sejak tahun 1952. Selama studi di SM YPM, Rene belajar dibawah bimbingan Linny Sugianto, Sie Swan Liong dan Pianis Klasik Indonesia Alm. Bp. Rudy Laban.

Selama studi piano klasik di SM YPM. Rene juga berpartisipasi dalam berbagai Master Class dari pianis – pianis juara kompetisi dunia dan belajar dari guru – guru konservatorium seperti:
